On our server, we have a custom stamina system.
A player has 8 hours of stamina, divided as follows:

The first 4 hours are GREEN stamina (+50% XP)
Followed by the next 4 hours of YELLOW stamina

You can also disable/enable your Stamina Usage by using command: (!stamina disable/enable)
